Forage for wild food using your FREE guide & hand lens

Join Cumbria Wildlife Trust by Thursday 15 May and, as a thank you, we'll give you your very own Concise Foraging Guide and hand lens for free. This practical pocket guide includes 194 edible fruits, nuts and seeds, flowers, greens and vegetables, herbs, roots, whole plants, fungi, seaweeds and shellfish that you can forage in the UK and Europe - all with accurate artworks and concise descriptions.

The guide also includes practical advice on how to forage safely and outlines how to prepare and preserve your foraged foods. You'll be able to use the hand lens to help identify species and discover the magical minutiae in nature. And by joining us, you're helping to preserve these special natural wonders, too. Find out more about how your support helps nature
