Please will you make this happen?

We're working hard to protect the remaining red squirrels in Cumbria and help their recovery.

Red Squirrels can often be seen feeding at our Smardale Nature Reserve and this is a great place to visit for people of all ages and abilities.

For the times when you can’t visit wouldn’t it be great to see this much-loved British mammal from the comfort of your home or on your smart device?

If we can raise the money to install a Red Squirrel webcam you will be able to do just this. Please will you donate now to help make this happen?  Donate to red squirrel cam

With £3,000 we can install the equipment needed to allow everyone to view live images of the Smardale red squirrels.

For a glimpse of the Smardale red squirrels watch this short video.

Thank you for your interest in red squirrels.  Your donation will be used to provide the equipment needed for the red squirrel webcam and ongoing running costs.

If we are lucky enough to raise more money than is needed, any additional donations will be used to make Smardale Nature Reserve an even better place for both wildlife and people. Donate to the red squirrel cam
