Checking Barn Owl camera footage for moments of excitement and interest, downloading, editing and blog writing

Position details

Commitment:

Any Day

This role asks the volunteer to regularly check the Barn Owl camera footage for moments of excitement and interest, then download and edit the footage.

Additional blog writing would be hugely beneficial as it helps to generate new content for digital engagement.  This helps to promote the wildlife cause and support Cumbria Wildlife Trust through connecting with new audiences and potential new members.

We're looking for someone with a good eye for what's interesting or funny.  Computer skills will be required to capture, edit and download content, along with writing skills to create an engaging informative blog.

Time commitment is not specific.  There is likely to be year round activity with most excitement in spring or summer.
