Nurture Nature: Volunteer at Plumgarths Gardens! We are looking for people to lend a hand and help Plumgarths Gardens flourish.  As a garden volunteer, your role will involve a variety of tasks including planting, weeding, pruning and general garden maintenance.

As Plumgarths is also home to one of the tree nurseries for the Skiddaw Forest project, you will have the chance to help out with helping the seedlings grow.

No prior experience is necessary — open to both experienced gardeners and those eager to learn! Our gardener will provide guidance, helping you discover new skills and knowledge.  You'll also have the chance to support fellow volunteers and share the joy of gardening!

We have weekly drop-ins every Thursday.  You do not have to commit to the whole day. Occasionally, we will ask whether anyone is available on an extra day of the week.
