About the event

Cumbria Connect is restoring natural processes and improving landscape connectivity through collaboration between estates, conservation bodies and local land managers.

In this presentation Conservation Scientist Mo Verhoeven will describe how assessments are made and which interventions make habitats bigger, better and more connected across the 35,000 hectare landscape.

It’s the story of a landscape in transition and how we’re learning to read the signs of nature’s recovery.
