Make your wishes live on

Leave a gift in your will

“Anyone who cares about wildlife has a marvellous opportunity to do something quite unique, by remembering their local Wildlife Trust in their will.

This generous act is one of the most important things you can do to make sure the species and habitats we love will be there for future generations to enjoy." Sir David Attenborough

A gift in your Will is a simple yet powerful way to keep your wishes alive.

No matter how big or small, your gift can help Cumbria’s wildlife in the future.

Cumbria Wildlife Trust was formed in 1962 by a small group of local people who were concerned about the loss of the places and wildlife they cared about. More than 60 years on, we are still protecting this legacy and the wildlife we all love.

Over the years, gifts in Wills have directly purchased land that we look after as nature reserves, improved habitats for threatened species and helped some of our most loved wildlife return to our fells and valleys.

We thank all those who have contributed so much to conservation in Cumbria over the years and those who will contribute in the future. If this is you: thank you.
