Our trusteeships are a specially-designed opportunity for young people with a passion for wildlife and the environment. The scheme provides a real-world opportunity for motivated young people to get closely involved in helping to influence the work of our organisation.

The Board of Trustees meets every two months. You will have a full place on our Board, where you will have a genuine opportunity to actively contribute to setting the direction, policy and priorities of Cumbria Wildlife Trust. You will help to shape the future of our organisation and constructively help to keep us accountable and on track.

We are aiming to appoint two Trusteeships to enable you to support each other, and share experiences and opportunities together.
