We are looking for engaging and inspiring people to join us as information officers, recruiting new members to join Cumbria Wildlife Trust.
Cumbria Wildlife Trust - Information Officers
We are seeking engaging and inspiring individuals to join us as Information Officers, helping to recruit new members to Cumbria Wildlife Trust. Working at our nature reserves and across local venues and events, you will encourage visitors to become lifelong CWT members, playing a fundamental role in helping us tackle the climate and nature crisis.
Working Hours
- Face to Face: 7 hours per day at pre-booked venues and events, two days per week, including regular weekends and bank holidays, from April until December.
- Folushaw Moss Nature Reserve: 7 hours per day on set days each week from April until September.
- Door to Door: 3-4 hours per day worked flexibly between 3pm - 7pm, mid-week days only, from April until October.
- South Walney Nature Reserve: 6 hours per day on set days each week from April until November.
Earnings
- Guaranteed salary of £12.43 ph (pay award pending from 1 April 2026)
- Uncapped commission, offering a significant increase in earnings
