About the event

Lend a hand and help Plumgarths Gardens flourish!

We have weekly drop-ins every Thursday. You do not have to commit to the whole day. No prior experience is necessary — our gardener will provide guidance on getting involved in a variety of tasks suited to different levels of physical ability.

Every week is different but involves general tidying and maintenance of the garden, previously we’ve: setup a greenhouse, sown seeds for the Skiddaw Forest Project, created a new compost area, improved habitat for bees and other pollinators.

Bring a packed lunch or visit the farmshop across the road.

Please book so I know you are coming! Book either online through Eventbrite or via the admin team. Please note this event has a limited capacity.
