Free Will Writing

It’s entirely up to you which service you use. We partner with more than one provider to give you flexibility and ensure we’re following best practice and the guidance of the Fundraising Regulator.

Both services allow you to write a simple Will online at no cost to you, with no obligation to leave a gift to Cumbria Wildlife Trust but we'd be enormously grateful if you do choose to do so.

Using an online service isn’t suitable for everyone – this is only advised for simple wills. For anything more complex, please contact your solicitor. If you don’t have a solicitor, please visit The Law Society’s website.

Your privacy

When you choose to make a Will online, in most cases, some details will be shared with us, such as your name and contact information, as well as details about any gifts. 

If you provide your consent, we'll be able to keep in touch and thank you. However, you may wish to keep your gift anonymous – if this is the case, please know that your wishes will be respected. 

However you choose to support Cumbria Wildlife Trust with a gift in your Will, please know how incredibly grateful we are, and know that you will be a hero for nature forevermore.
