Join us on our annual fundraising walk across the iconic Morecambe Bay sands. Come with your family, friends or on your own: everyone is welcome!

Cross Bay Walk Challenge on Saturday 20 May 2017

Humphrey Head Nature Reserve

The eight-mile sponsored walk from Arnside to Grange-over-Sands will be led by the Queen’s Guide to the Sands, Cedric Robinson MBE, on the afternoon of Saturday 20 May 2017.

You'll take in spectacular views of well-known sites such as Humphrey Head and Arnside Knott from the unusual perspective of the sands.

“Not only is the walk across the bay a great day out, but it is also a fantastic opportunity to raise much-needed funds to help protect Cumbria’s wonderful wildlife. Money raised will go directly towards ensuring local wildlife has the best chance.” Andrea Simpson of Cumbria Wildlife Trust
