Eden Dippers

Eden Dippers started just over a year ago. It is a thriving club, with about 15 members but new faces are always welcome. They meet at Kirk Oswald Village Hall on the second Saturday of each month from 10-12noon. The cost is £3 per meeting. Please contact the leader, Liz Riley, for more information 01931 71503.

Houghton Goslings

Houghton Goslings is a Wildlife Watch club for kids aged 7–11 years meeting on the third Sunday of the month. The group meets at the Education Centre at Gosling Sike Farm [The Croft], Houghton. Kendal Kingfishers 

Kendal Kingfishers meet on Tuesdays once a month, at Plumgarths , Cumbria Wildlife Trust's Headquarters near Kendal. There are a few spaces for new members, but numbers are limited to 20 children. Muncaster Owlets 

Muncaster Owlets meet in the education room at Muncaster Castle once a month, generally on the second Monday 3.30pm-5pm. The group is open to pupils of two local primary schools. Walney Werewolves

Walney Werewolves meet on the first Monday of every month at Spring Mount Community Hall, Amphitrite Street, Walney Island, Barrow-in-Furness LA14 3AR. Please phone 01229 471066 for more details and to book a place. 

Whinlatter 

The Whinlatter Watch Group has now joined with the RSPB and meets at Whinlatter Forest Park once a month on a Saturday 10.00am-12.00pm apart from July and August. Meeting in the classroom unless otherwise stated. Workington Woodpeckers 

Workington Woodpeckers' Watch Group meet once a month on a Sunday afternoon, usually at the Helena Thompson Museum in Workington. The group is sponsored by CSV Action Earth and Morrisons. For more information please call 07765 381523.
