Like me, have you been inspired by wildlife? Cumbria is a wonderful county with some great natural places and most of us have had wonderful wildlife experiences. Please will you take some time to reflect on your favourite memory and share it with us? Your memory might be from yesterday or from your childhood. It may be a relaxing stroll in a fragrant bluebell wood or a watching a flock of starlings dancing in the sky. All the memories will be strung to bunting and displayed at our 50th birthday celebratory events in 2012. Our request for your wildlife memory also comes with a heartfelt ask for a much-needed donation. In our 50th year we hope to raise £100,000 to help towards our next 50 years of protecting wildlife.
