Wildlife Photography Competition 2026. Photography is a fantastic way to record and celebrate your experience of wildlife in Cumbria.

Following the success of last year’s wildlife photography competition, this year’s entries didn’t disappoint as we received a fantastic selection of photographs from across the county. Exceptionally high standards made judging the competition incredibly difficult, but we found our 12 winners, each of which will feature in our calendar.

From several hundred entries, our panel selected 12 winning images for inclusion in our 2023 wildlife calendar. We then asked our wonderful members to vote on the top three to receive prizes kindly donated by Wilkinson Cameras. Here are our competition winners:
