National Meadows Day at Bowber Head Farm Nature Reserve

Join us at Bowber Head Farm Nature Reserve for National Meadows Day: a chance to celebrate this rare and diverse habitat.

We'll be holding a series of activities to celebrate the meadows, looking at the huge variety of species within them as well as the history of this incredible habitat.

From an early morning moth trapping session, wildflower and pollinator walks and hanging basket planting sessions, we have a variety of activities to help you learn more about meadows.

For younger visitors, we'll have a series of craft activities running through the day as well as a pond dipping session with our resident instructor.

The event runs from 9am until 4pm
