More information

The monitoring would involve visiting the reserve once a week to check the ponds for spawn strings and later in the season juvenile toads, recording results and submitting them to Amphibian and Reptile Conservation.  The monitoring would be from May through to July/August depending on the weather.

No special knowledge/expertise is required as full training will be given.  You will need to have a reasonable level of fitness to enable you to cover the whole reserve.
