About the event

Find out from reserve manager, Sarah Dalrymple, what’s been happening at South Walney, and where to spot Cumbria’s only breeding grey seal colony, migratory flocks, resident birds and winter wader roosts.  We’ll walk a mile to the best viewing point to watch seals under Sarah’s guidance.  Visitors are then free to explore the reserve at leisure and depart as they wish.

Please bring lunch and sturdy footwear.

Cost: Free of charge.  Donations welcome.
