Wildlife workshops
What are they?
By using a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, our workshops will help to bring nature alive for your class. They will also reveal the benefits of how to use the outdoors and your local environment to encourage positive learning.
What can we expect?

Each workshop is individually tailored to your needs through prior discussion with a tutor assigned to your school.  A typical workshop will include a range of activities to enhance learning through interactive group work, species identification, practical and creative sessions and games. Several of our workshops have wonderful interactive costumes as part of the session .... enjoy dressing up as a tree or a fly!st gregorys 5.jpg

"Sessions delivered by Cumbria Wildlife Trust in our school have had strong curriculum links and been extremely educational.  The hands on nature of the activities is invaluable for young people.  Many thanks for all you have done."
